6、Background：

Recombinant human IL-2 (IL-2), also known as T cell growth factor, is mainly produced by activated CD4+T and CD8+T cells, and can also be produced by B cells, NK cells and monocyte-macrophages. It can activate T cells and promote cytokine production by interacting with IL-2R (composed of three chains, α, β and γ); stimulate NK cell proliferation, enhance NK killing activity and produce cytokines, induce LAK cell production; promote B cell proliferation and antibody secretion; activate macrophages. It can be used for the expansion and culture of NK cells, and plays an important therapeutic role in anti-tumor and treatment of infectious diseases, and immune adjuvants.
